Principal Consultant and Owner
Dan offers over 30 years’ industry experience as a proven Operational Leader building and guiding teams in operations, engineering, asset care, operational excellence, project management, and health and safety, at both site and corporate levels. He is relentless learner, experimenter, and expert finder, and he thrives when connecting people and ideas and enabling collaboration.
Dan worked in the chemical, fiberglass, and mining industries prior to founding the consultancy. He has an MBA from Marshall University, a BS in Chemical Engineering from The University of Maine, and is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Dan is a Certified Management Consultant® (CMC®), having completed a rigorous process of examination and demonstrated the ability to meet the needs of clients and the certification requirements of the Institute of Management Consultants USA (IMC USA). He is required and pledges to adhere to IMC USA’s Code of Ethics, which guarantees the integrity of his work and quality to all of clients.
