Upcoming Webinar

As I have progressed through my career journey, I found myself struggling and frustrated trying to solve those nagging business problems that eat away at bottom-line.

However, along the way, I discovered an eight-step framework to help attack these issues, and I’m happy to share them with small-business owners today.

Next week, I’ll be hosting a webinar with Enterprise University, titled:

“8 Steps to structured problem solving for your business,” where you can get tools and hear examples (industrial and small business) that can be implemented today, and tailor the approach to the complexity of your problem.

This webinar will help businesses:

◈ Define and describe a problem so that your team can use this process to contain and solve it
◈ Identify, describe and verify root causes that drive waste and costs in your business
◈ Institutionalize and reinforce the new process with your team to ensure that results are sustainable

The webinar takes place on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 from 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM EDT.
